The rules for using Dawn. Updated October 23, 2026.
No tolerance for abuse
Report and block
Reports reviewed within 24 hours
The short version
Your work stays yours; we use it only to run Dawn for you.
Anything other companies can see — XP Village, public sites, drop links — must be decent, legal and yours to share. Abuse, hate, sexual content and people’s private details are removed, and the accounts that post them are closed.
Report or block from the app; we review reports within 24 hours.
1. Agreeing to these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Adamant Group LLC (“Dawn”, “we”, “us”) about using the Dawn app, Dawn on the web and the pages Dawn serves at dawnda.sh (the Service). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you use Dawn for a business, you agree for that business too.
Our privacy policy explains what we collect and why, and is part of these terms.
2. Your account
Give accurate details, keep your sign-in to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else is using it.
You are responsible for what happens under your account.
Dawn is for working businesses and their crews, and not for children under 13 (or the older age your country sets).
You can delete your account at any time in the app: Profile, then Delete account.
3. Your content
What you put into Dawn stays yours, or your business’s. You give us permission to store, copy, process and show it only as needed to run the Service for you: syncing it, showing it to the people you share it with, and running the features you use.
Only put in what you have the right to: your own photos and words, and other people’s details only where they have agreed or the law allows. A business is responsible for having its customers’ consent for what it records about them and sends them.
4. Community rules: no tolerance for objectionable content
Some of Dawn is seen by people outside your business: posts and insights in XP Village, a workspace’s public site, and files sent through drop links. We do not tolerate objectionable content or abusive users anywhere in the Service. Do not post or send:
harassment, bullying, threats, or hate directed at anyone for who they are;
sexual or sexually suggestive content, or graphic violence;
anything illegal, or that encourages illegal or dangerous acts;
someone else’s private details: home addresses, phone numbers, faces of people who haven’t agreed, licence plates;
spam, scams, or content you don’t have the rights to;
impersonation of another person or business.
How we enforce them
Report: anyone can report a post or insight in XP Village. Content several companies report is hidden at once, before anyone looks at it.
Block: you can block a company in XP Village; its posts and insights are hidden from you.
We review reports within 24 hours. We remove content that breaks these rules, and suspend or close the accounts and workspaces that post it.
Don’t misuse the Service: no attempts to get into accounts or data that aren’t yours, to break or overload it, to copy or scrape it at scale, or to use Dawn’s messaging to send people anything they haven’t agreed to receive.
6. AI features
Some features use AI (see the privacy policy). AI can be wrong: check what Dawn tells you or drafts for you before you rely on it, and don’t use it as the only basis for safety, legal, structural or financial decisions.
7. Plans and payments
Where Dawn charges for a plan, the price and what it includes are shown before you choose it, and payments are handled by Stripe. Payouts to crew and creators run through Stripe and its terms. You are responsible for the taxes on what you earn and charge.
8. Suspending and ending
You can stop using Dawn and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account or workspace that breaks these terms or puts other people or the Service at risk, and will tell you why unless the law or safety stops us.
9. Our responsibility
We work to keep Dawn running and your data safe, but the Service is provided “as is”, without warranties beyond those the law requires. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.
10. If you got Dawn from Apple’s App Store
These terms are between you and Adamant Group LLC, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, has no duty to maintain or support it, and is not responsible for any claim about it, including product liability, legal compliance or intellectual property claims; Adamant Group LLC is. If the app fails to meet a warranty, you may tell Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any; Apple has no other warranty obligation. You confirm you are not in a country under a US embargo and not on a US restricted-party list. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Dawn changes. For significant changes we tell you in the app or by email before they take effect; using the Service afterwards means you accept them.
